Rent-a-space Concord

Noble Works Australia was engaged by Prime Projects as a key subcontractor on a complex multi-trade civil and shoring package at Rent a Space, Concord. The project demanded precision, coordination, and around-the-clock commitment across a 15-month program.

With multiple trades operating concurrently on a live site, coordination was everything. NWA worked closely with Prime Projects and the specialist piling contractor to sequence works efficiently, maintain safe exclusion zones, and keep the program moving. Night work for the public domain was managed with dedicated crews, full lighting setups, and strict traffic and noise management compliance throughout.

NWA worked alongside United Rentals / Shore Hire, Millent Civil H&R Haulage and EI Australia and delivered a full civil and ground support package spanning shoring, piling coordination, bulk and detailed excavation, and public domain works. Ground retention systems were designed and installed to facilitate deep excavation in a constrained urban environment, with NWA working alongside specialist piling contractors throughout.
