An office park in Macquarie Park required a major renovation. Works included the strip-out and demolition of 52 bathrooms, 8 lift lobbies and 3 ground floor lobbies.
The staged time-sensitive work allowed us to demonstrate capabilities in protection, dust minimisation and detailing. The job involved working around tenants both day and night with removal of tonnes of waste from site weekly. We also provided our labour hire, temporary fencing and general rubbish removal services on the job.
