Gosford Hospital

Noble Works Australia was engaged by Ace Civil to deliver a full demolition and site clearance package at Gosford Hospital. With multiple buildings to bring down, hazardous materials on site, and a hard deadline to meet, NWA mobilised quickly and executed a tight, well-managed program from start to finish.

NWA managed and completed the full demolition from the beginning with the safe removal of asbestos materials prior to any structural work commencing. Once cleared, the team proceeded with the complete demolition of multiple hospital buildings, followed by full slab removal and total site clearance. Every element was stripped back to leaving the site clean and ready for the next phase of development.

NWA ran two 23-tonne excavators simultaneously for a fully cleared site delivered on time, with all materials removed and disposed of safely.
