Bushells Building, The Rocks

The Bushells Tea heritage building previously retrofitted with contemporary office interiors required major demolition works on all six levels as well as the carpark and roof. We stripped out and completed a detailed demolition of masonry and concrete for the preparation of renovation work. This job allowed us to demonstrate ability working around heritage fittings and loading in and out of small CBD access with strict security requirements.
